About Helmar

I am a curious mind always on the lookout to understand and improve things. I have over 15 years of combined experience in creating positive outcomes for customers & businesses alike - 3 years in the realm of digital design.

My roots as a chef always made me hold up my value for team collaboration, the right techniques and the importance of the right ingredients - meaning making stakeholder and customer voices heard.

Inspired by continuous contributions to the IT service portfolio at Schleupen and EnBW I got interested in product and service design and upon discovering Design Sprints, I was sold on the concept in the blink of an eye so I decided to take on an in-depth UX training in 2020.

Ever since I collaborated with teams in different domains and contexts where I found my niche in projects that exposed me to research & workshops.

Recently, D&AD Shift allowed me to harness my collaboration skills and am now on the lookout for a new position.
